Meals are included throughout the week sponsored family members. From your first night in San Antonio through your last morning, you'll have a hot meal ready — whether that's at the hotel, the convention center, or out at the competition venue. All you have to do is show up hungry.
Start the week right with a Texas-style BBQ dinner buffet at the Cavalier Restaurant in the hotel. Brisket, mojo chicken, cilantro rice, cornbread, and dessert — dinner is on us.
Cavalier Restaurant · 5:00–8:30pm
Each morning you can choose between a sit-down breakfast at Cavalier Restaurant or grab-and-go options at Rosebelly Café — a specialty coffee bar right in the hotel lobby. Both are covered at $25 per person, inclusive. On select days, breakfast will be served at the competition venue.
Hotel · $25 inclusive · Starting at 6:00am
Lunch and dinner are provided every day of the program — served at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center or at the competition venue. Menus rotate daily and feature a mix of Texas classics and fresh, crowd-pleasing favorites. Three nights during the week, dinner is part of a special program event.

San Antonio has invested in accessible pathways with ramps, elevators, and ADA-compliant routes throughout many public spaces — including downtown and River Walk areas. You can view accessible route maps for the River Walk online (with ramp, parkway, and elevator details).
Each venue also has a nursing room and service animal relief area.
