Every sponsored guest receives a $300 gift card at check-in, loaded and ready to use at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center all week long. Use it however works best for you — the daily hot lunch, the hot dinner, snacks between events, coffee, drinks, or all of the above.
The card works at both the hot meal stations and the concession stand, and there's no daily limit. It's yours for the week.
Each sponsored guest will receive one $300 gift card for use throughout the Warrior Games.
Breakfast
Hotel & Offsite
Covered separately at the hotel — $25 per person, inclusive. Choose between a sit-down breakfast at Cavalier Restaurant or grab-and-go at Rosebelly Café. On June 14, 17, and 20, breakfast will also be served at the offsite competition venue.
Lunch & Dinner
Convention Center
Use your $300 gift card for the daily hot lunch (served 11am–2pm) and hot dinner (served 4:30–7:30pm) at Exhibit Hall 4. Or skip the hot station and use your card at the concession stand — it's flexible and works all day.

Offsite
On days when competition is offsite, lunch is provided at the venue by United Airlines — no gift card needed. Dinner on those evenings is either a program event or served at the convention center as usual.
