Below you’ll find important details about airfare, the host hotel, local transportation, and essential resources to help you prepare with confidence.


Families will stay at the InterContinental San Antonio Riverwalk, located in the heart of downtown along the historic River Walk.

Select venues are accessible via San Antonio River Walk boat transportation for families. This provides a scenic and efficient way to travel between designated locations.

For a stay of a week or more, laundry will come up. The InterContinental does not offer a discounted rate for our group, but several services will pick up from the hotel and return your laundry clean and folded, and a few nearby laundromats are an easy rideshare away.

Let the InterContinental front desk know a third-party service will be picking up or dropping off a bag for you. Attach a luggage tag with your name, room number, and phone number, and leave your bag with the bell stand. The hotel allows this — they just won’t arrange it on your behalf.
